A creative experience to feast your senses

Whether it’s your first or a repeat visit to us, we believe that dining should be an experience that excites and surprises your palette. At THE LAB, we aim to create a memorable culinary adventure that explores and experiments with various world cuisines. To ensure we stimulate all your senses we also change the art, décor and aesthetics to match the restaurant’s current theme. Change is the new constant at THE LAB, whilst consistently delivering high quality local ingredients and impeccable service and hospitality.

Our philosophy

Our philosophy is to imagine and experiment, within the framework of the concepts we have chosen each month. We aim to create menus that encompass the energy and flavors of a certain culture, pushing the boundaries to give Palma our take on various gastronomic influences we feel are missing in the city. Be it modern Japanese, traditional Mexican or lavish Italian, we will never experiment with the quality or freshness of the ingredients.

OUR MENUS
At lunch, we offer an “a la carte” selection of tapas and a fixed menu for 19.50 EUR with a selection of our chef´s favorites. In the evening, for dinner, we offer a choice of 2 fantastic degustation menus showcasing the best of Spain for you to indulge in.

Where fine art and food meet


Together with our curating partners at the Aba Art Lab, this month at THE LAB our goal is to create an adventure around the Mediterranean by exploring the flavors of the best Spanish cuisine and surround it with the amazing art of the promising Mallorcan artist Estefania Pomar.


Estefania believes that the Mediterranean sea is beautiful and therapeutic, whilst being the beginning and the end of everything, and this month at The Lab we have the privilege of portraying her works, in tones of blue and white, that experiments with the various textures of 2 of the most important elements – TIME and THE SEA.
